We don’t just see our clients as numbers on a piece of paper.

We create bonds with them and are personally invested in their care.

Beating Heart at Joyful Care

Anne has over 30 years of first-hand experience in the service support arena. Anne has always had a passion for helping people to succeed in life.
Innately compassionate and empathetic, Anne’s drive to create a respectful and empowering environment at JOYFULCare comes from a very personal place within. Her lovely daughter, Ashley, has an intellectual developmental disability. It was Anne who acted as her prime caregiver for 22 years. This not only ignited Anne’s desire to empower those with disabilities to live fulfilled and purposeful lives, but it has also given her a deep understanding of the stumbling blocks that can be experienced along the way.
Anne also has 23 years of management experience in a large technology company. From this role, she has gained leadership skills, business administration training, and experience with the ins and outs of customer relations. Thanks to Anne and her hands-on approach with the team, JOYFULCare is able to deliver consistently high-quality client care. We pride ourselves on our efficient team management and our culture of excellence.
Because Anne’s experience with intellectual developmental disabilities is very close and personal to her through her beloved daughter Ashley, JOYFULCare’s approach is always relationship-focused and individualized. We don’t just see our clients as numbers on a piece of paper — we create bonds with them and are personally invested in their care. And to this day, Ashley serves as a constant inspiration to our team as well as a model for the Agency’s success in our community outreach efforts!

We provide a culture that empowers the people we work with – both persons receiving services and Service Providers – to fulfill their potential.
