Note: most of our Support Programs are State-funded and are based on a pre-approved individualized Service Plan for the person receiving services. Whether you opt for our paid family caregiver, our day program, our host homes, or any service we offer through our various support programs — what you will be experiencing with us is the simple acts of care, compassion, and fellowship.
